Before we begin

How your information is handled.

COLEV will ask you five short questions about how you decide, then one real decision in your own words. Before you start, this is what happens with what you enter:

• Your answers to the five questions stay on this device. Nothing is sent or stored at this step.
• Nothing is stored on our servers unless you later give explicit consent on the decision page. You can use COLEV without storing anything.
• Your identity is optional. Name, email and company are never required.
• No employer, manager or HR team receives what you enter. COLEV has no feature for that.
• Your entries are not used to train AI models.
• If you choose to take part in the research, the full privacy notice is shown before you give that consent, and you can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.
